Stoney Creek's popular Pattern of the Month finishes the Birds In The Snow series with the "Peace Blue Jay." 2018
We stitched this 57w x 47h stitch count design on an 18ct pre-finished Fireside pillow over 2 threads using 4 strands of floss for cross stitch and 2 strands for back stitch, using a 9x11 pillow form.
The whole series is also shown on a 1 x 3 block cut of Fireside Afghan material and displayed as a banner using a set of 8" Stoney French Curl Fabric Holders. (Zweigart Anne's Cloth can be substitued)
DMC Color Variations 4000 Espresso ( 2 skeins for all three designs) and Rainbow Glissen Gloss 000 Bright White are used in addition to DMC colors B5200, 310, 311, 312, 322, 347, 415, 498, 645, 646, 762, 800, 809, 814, 844 and 3371.
The design is embellished with SJ Designs 8/0 Ruby Beads and White Glitter Snowflake buttons. (special order)
