Webbing Scroll Frames were the standard scroll frames before E-Z Stitch Tape came on the scene and eliminated the need to stitch the project fabric to the rods. However, many stitchers still prefer this traditional method. The only difference between the two frames is that Webbing Frames have fabric attached to the rods, while E-Z Stitch Scroll Frames have Hook and Loop Tape attached to the rods.

Each Webbing Scroll Frame Set includes:
2 Wood Rods, with webbing fabric and bolts attached
2 Oak Side Bars
4 Oak Knobs

Webbing Scroll Frame Sets come in a variety of sizes to fit your needs. The “size” of frame sets refers to the length of the scroll rods. Increasing the size will increase the width of the frame for the stitching project.

Regular Scroll rods are 1/2” in diameter and frames are available in sizes 8”, 10", 12”, 16”, 18”, 20", 22" and 24.”  Heavy Duty rods are 5/8” in diameter and frames are available in 18” HD, 22” HD, 24” HD, and 26" and 28."  Our largest frames are available in 30" and 36” size and the rods are 3/4" diameter. Heavy duty rods provide more strength and stability for larger stitching projects.

The sturdy side bars are fashioned from solid American Red Oak and hand finished with a Natural oil stain. The attractive oak knobs are compatible with any E-Z Stitch Scroll Frame.

This versatile scroll frame works for cross-stitch, needlepoint, crewel, embroidery, or quilting. It also provides an attractive furniture-quality frame while your piece is in progress.

How it works: Each rod has webbing fabric attached to it. Hand stitch or machine sew your embroidery project fabric to the webbing on the scroll rods. Assemble your scroll frame and rotate the rods to pull the fabric taut for stitching.
